Shipping policy

 

Shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL,UPS and FEDEX are experiencing delays in their deliveries because of COVID19. Please understand that we may experience some carrier delays. We ship via USPS. Priority Shipping is not guaranteed as we are not responsible for any delays caused by the USPS. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week, Monday-Friday. Orders are not processed on Saturday and Sundays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed.

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We do not make any exceptions to the policy.
